Shipping Policy

Shipping and Handling Policies:

Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email.

Customer is responsible for paying initial purchase shipping and for return or exchange shipping.

No Cash On Delivery (COD).

Você Boutique is not responsible for damage to product during the shipping process.

Tracking will be provided for each shipment and a confirmation email from us.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order to be processed and shipped.

Most orders will be shipped through UPS ground shipping unless otherwise requested by the customer. Você Boutique will therefore not be able to ship to PO Boxes.

The customer will receive a confirmation email acknowledging their online order. Customer will receive a notification of shipment email with shipment tracking details.

Orders are shipped on business days, after 2-3 days of fulfillment. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding Federal holidays recognized in the United States.

For Next Day Service add $30.00

*Sales tax for FL residents will be added at the checkout. (Surcharges may apply based upon the county you live in).

International Shipping

International orders are sent first class international package with USPS’s bound delivery tracking. Once it leaves the US, upon arrival at your country, it will go through Customs Clearance and tax duties assignments. As a buyer and a citizen, you are responsible for any requirements from your government regarding the merchandises that you ordered. After that, your post office will sort and deliver the package to your purchase order’s shipping address.

Due to international Customs regulations, the declared values of your merchandise must match the purchased prices or your package will not be released to you until duty tax is paid.

International Shipping Charges:

Clothing first item is $9.00 USD, each additional item is $5.00.

Accessories first item is $9.00 USD, each additional item is $5.00.

Hand Bags – $30.00 USD
LOST PACKAGE?

If you have not received your package, please take time and do the following:
1. Verify your address. Make sure the address you put in “shipping address” is actually the place where you want your package shipped. It sounds silly, but some customers really do type in the wrong address!
2. Check your tracking number. It was emailed to you when the package was shipped.
3. Talk to your mail man as well as the post office.
4. Check with your family members or housemates to see if anyone may have grabbed it for you.
5. Check with your neighbor to see if the package was delivered to the wrong address by accident.
6. If all else has failed, please send us an e-mail to Sales@voceboutique.com with your order number and full name.
PLEASE NOTE: Você Boutique is not responsible for refunding your money if you deny acceptance of your package at Customs, if you deny the package from your local post office, or if you gave us the wrong shipping address. You are fully responsible for the shipping address provided to us at the time the order was placed.

However, you may choose to return unworn merchandise to Você Boutique if you wish. Upon successfully receiving the returned package, we will offer you a credit minus the shipping costs.
